The Ash Eye
is a non-contacting, fully on-line ash monitor that can easily be fitted to existing conveyor belts or feeders. Combining good performance with low cost, it provides the user with continuous data on the ash content of conveyed coal.
This system is an improved and rebranded version of the well-known Natural Gamma Coal Quality Monitor (NGCQM) for which Bretby Gammatech Ltd. has become famous.

The recently introduced Mk II Display Unit has a shoulder strap, a removable lid and a smaller footprint.
The probe itself has also been upgraded making it even more rugged.
