Routine Performance Monitoring
Full on-site repair service (24-hour call-out service)

Performance monitoring is carried out to ISO15239 where possible.

We provide monthly reports to many of our customers which include:

Graphs showing the AshEye (NGCQM) (or RFCQM) shift ashes, the on-site laboratory sample ashes, the commercial sample ashes and their differences over the period.
CUSUM charts showing the cumulative sum of the differences between the NGCQM (or RFCQM) ashes and the on-site and commercial laboratory ashes. (These charts show if there are any biases between the various comparisons).
Weekly Bias Figures
Precision Figures. Where there are two independent measures of ash in addition to the AshEye (NGCQM) (or RFCQM) we calculate the precision of the three measurements using the Grubbs Estimator.
Graphs showing the performance of the background compensation.
